Policy Change Notice From RBMGC Handicap Committe

Effective with the active posting season for the year 2010 (beginning in March) the handicap committee will institute new procedures for posting penalty scores in lieu of rounds found not posted in a players scoring record by the player as prescribed by the USGA handcap system.
